What is Knoweth?
An AI journaling app that helps you understand what you feel, see your patterns, and grow toward what matters.
Is Knoweth therapy?
No. Knoweth is a wellness tool for reflection. It does not diagnose or treat, and it does not replace a therapist, doctor, or crisis line.
Is my writing private?
Yes. Your entries are yours, encrypted in transit and at rest and tied to your account. You choose if you ever share anything. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
How does Knoweth create reflections?
After you write, Knoweth uses AI to read your entry and offer gentle observations about what it may be pointing to. These are possibilities meant to help you notice more, and you are always the one who decides what is true. Your writing is never used to train the AI. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Do I need to write a lot?
A few honest sentences are enough. Guided journeys make it easy to start when you are unsure what to say.
What does it cost?
Free to start, with no card required. Pro is available at $3.49 per week, $10.99 per month, or $7.99 per month billed annually ($95.88 per year). See our pricing section for details. Safety resources are free on every plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or through the app store you subscribed with. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
How am I billed?
Billing is handled securely inside the app. On the web, payments run through Stripe; in our mobile apps, through the app store. Knoweth's website never processes or stores your payment details.
What happens to my entries if I go back to Free?
Your entries stay yours. Moving between Free and Pro changes which features you can use, and everything you have written stays with you.
What if I am having a really hard time?
Knoweth surfaces calming tools and support resources, always free. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. In the US, call or text 988.
What devices can I use?
Knoweth works in your web browser, so you can use it on your computer, tablet, or phone. Dedicated apps are on the way.
Will Knoweth be HSA or FSA eligible?
We are working toward HSA and FSA eligibility. It is not available yet. When it is, you will find the details here and in our pricing section.
How old do I need to be?
Knoweth is for adults 18 and older.
Can I journal with someone else?
Yes. You can invite a person you trust to respond to an entry, for closeness and understanding.
